By accessing or using the SkipTheChores website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers booking services and the professionals providing them.

SkipTheChores connects customers with independent local service professionals ('Pros') for home cleaning and related chores. We facilitate booking, scheduling, and payment, but the Pros are independent contractors and not employees of SkipTheChores.

We strive to ensure Pros are vetted and insured, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond our satisfaction guarantee.

When you book a service, you receive an instant price quote. By confirming a booking you authorize payment to be collected after the service is completed.

All payments are processed securely online. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for services rendered.

As a customer you agree to:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the service location
• Disclose any conditions that may affect the service (pets, hazards, etc.)
• Treat Pros with respect and courtesy
• Pay for services rendered per the agreed quote

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free. Late cancellations may incur a fee. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

SkipTheChores acts as a facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent Pros, except where provided by our satisfaction guarantee.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
